I am relying a bit on the original description sent to me by the website manager because my knowledge of German is limited to music terms, but even I was able to find listings of local companies as well as numerous job listings.

I am having to rely on this organization for a description as I do not read German. "In contrast to the well-known online recruitment sites we search directly on company websites. Currently we crawl over 1,320,000 companies and list more than 200,000 jobs. Companies neither have to pay nor have to register their job offers as we detect every vacancy listed on company websites." If someone wants to really check it out and let me know what they think, I'd appreciate it.

This list and the annotations were provided by Heidi Viljamaa of CareerStorm in Helsinki. I am grateful to her for the time and effort since I don't read Finnish. I do, however, check the links to make sure they are still active.

South Africa

...Search or browse job listings from South Africa and other areas. Nice feature -- if there are no listings in a particular job field, that category does not display in the Browse area. A little point of clarification: on the ads under Member Info it says to "click here to view contact details to apply for this position". The "member" is the employer or recruiter who posted this ad, so you do not need to be a member to view the contact info for the jobs. It is only if you wish to use the Apply Online feature that you have to have your resume registered with the site. Registering also allows you to use other advanced features of the site.

...recruiting to fill open positions in India, primarily in IT or IT-related areas. There are a few other listings for administration and HR. Tanikalang Ginto aka Golden Chains

Tanikalang Ginto (Filipino for Golden Chains) is a huge human-edited web directory. Operated by Ken Ilio, Tanikalang Ginto has been online since 1994. Under Business you'll find a section for Job Opportunities, but users of my site will always remember that I encourage you to think "employers" and "possibilities," not just "jobs."

You should also check the resources listed under Singapore.

Singapore

You have the option of placing it in the private database where it will not be accessible by recruiters and employers.

Nice site with nice opportunities for Singapore. Select the "Jobs" tab to review all the jobs sorted by date of posting, industry, specialization, or postion level. JobStreet also has sites for India, Malaysia, and the Philippines. My biggest complaint is you must register your resume in order to apply for any listings found here. U.S. job seekers will notice that a lot of personal information is required, including date of birth, marital status, and gender. You also need an identity number, which I imagine is proof of your eligibility to work in Singapore.
